Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the passport for all the guests for registration with the building. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the passport should be the same on your Airbnb account.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

-Parties or Events are not allowed.If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of AED500 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

- For the security deposit, you should be reimbursed within 7-14 days after check-out depending on your bank processing time, and subject to an inspection of the property.

- FOR LONG-TERM STAY, the security deposit is held and then re-authenticated every 7 days and it will be released 3 days after check-out. To avoid this you can send the £150 security deposit through bank transfer.

- Please leave the card and keys on the table inside the apartment and send a picture.
NOTE: IF NO PICTURE OF THE KEY/CARD AFTER CHECK OUT AND IF THE KEY/CARD IS LOST WE WILL CHARGE 380AED

HOLISTIC PROPERTIES LIMITED CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation by you within 14 days of booking: HOLISTIC PROPERTIES LIMITED may retain the full payment.

- Cancellation by HOLISTIC PROPERTIES LIMITED within 7 days of booking: If circumstances beyond their control or overbooking occur, resulting in cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! AED2000 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

-No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest are allowed in the apartment. No visitors of any kind.

-Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
