The ICC and Symphony Hall

The ICC and Symphony Hall share a building on Centenary Square. The Mercian is a five-minute walk away and The Octagon seven; from Makers Place it's about a quarter of an hour. The Utilita Arena, beside the canal behind them, is ten minutes from The Mercian and The Octagon.

The NEC

The NEC sits beside Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International station, about 30 minutes by car from the city centre. By train, Birmingham International is a short ride from New Street, and the halls are a short walk from the station. New Street is 14 minutes' walk from The Octagon and 16 from Makers Place.

The business districts

Makers Place is at the edge of the Colmore business district, 13 minutes' walk from Snow Hill station. The Octagon is six minutes from Centenary Square and its new offices, and The Mercian five from Brindleyplace's.

Working from your residence

Every residence has fast Wi-Fi, a table to work at and a fully equipped kitchen, with housekeeping services during your stay. Makers Place has a co-working lounge, and The Mercian a quiet work and study room on its third floor.
