A super convenient apartment and extremely well equipped and clean. The staff respond quickly and are very helpful and friendly, especially Gem! If I go to Birmingham again, I won’t hesitate to stay there again. Parking is a bit of an issue but they offer a nearby parking lot and reimburse the receipts.

Stayed here for work for 2 and a half weeks as a break from hotels. The apartment was spotless, instructions for check-in were clear and the team couldn’t have been more helpful when I arrived delayed and late in the night. Extended my stay by a couple of nights without issue, couldn’t have been easier. Already booked for 10 nights next month. Thank you Gem and team - really appreciate it 🙏 Note also to Casim from Moda for his service always with a smile - he was usually on the front desk and showed me the key collection and explained the lifts when I arrived, and pointed me to the bin store later on in my stay. All-in-all a 10/10 experience.

What's included in a stay?
Every residence is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and the bills included. Beds are made up with crisp linen, and towels are ready for your arrival. Housekeeping services are available during your stay, and our team is on hand day and night.
Where is The Octagon?
The Octagon is at 1 Great Charles Street Queensway, Birmingham B3 1JJ, a 6 min walk from Library of Birmingham. Library (Tram) is a 6 min walk, and Birmingham Airport 30 min by car.
Can families and groups stay together?
Yes, families are welcome. The Octagon has one- and two-bedroom residences sleeping up to 4, and one booking can hold up to 6 residences side by side in the same building, for up to 16 guests.
Are there better rates for longer stays?
Yes. Extended stays come at discounted rates, and booking direct always gets our best available rate.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in or a late check-out: just ask our team.
Can my company book a stay for staff or a project team?
