Every residence is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and the bills included. Beds are made up with crisp linen, and towels are ready for your arrival. Housekeeping services are available during your stay, and our team is on hand day and night.
Where is Makers Place?
Makers Place is at 12 Ludgate Hill, Birmingham B3 1FT, a 5 min walk from Jewellery Quarter. St Chads (Tram) is a 5 min walk, and Birmingham Airport 30 min by car.
Can families and groups stay together?
Yes, families are welcome. Makers Place has one-, two- and three-bedroom residences sleeping up to 6, and one booking can hold up to 6 residences side by side in the same building, for up to 16 guests.
Are there better rates for longer stays?
Yes. Extended stays come at discounted rates, and booking direct always gets our best available rate.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in or a late check-out: just ask our team.
