Makers Place is 13 minutes' walk from Snow Hill station and ten from St Philip's Cathedral, at the edge of the Colmore business district. The Octagon is six minutes from Centenary Square and the Library of Birmingham, and 14 from New Street. The Mercian is five minutes from Brindleyplace's offices and from Symphony Hall and the ICC.
Birmingham Airport and the NEC are about 30 minutes by car, or a short train ride from New Street to Birmingham International.

As long as the work needs: residences are booked by the week or by the month, and a stay can be extended.
Can a team stay together?
Yes. One booking can hold up to 6 residences side by side in the same building, for up to 16 people, with one to three bedrooms each. Larger teams can share our three Birmingham buildings.
What's included?
Every residence is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and the bills included, beds made up and towels ready on arrival, and housekeeping services during the stay. Our team is on hand day and night.
