Space to live, not just to sleep
Every residence is a fully furnished apartment: a bedroom of your own, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi, with the bills included and housekeeping services during your stay. After a long day on site, that's the difference between a room and somewhere to come home to.
Keeping a team together
One booking can hold up to six residences side by side in the same building, for up to sixteen people, so a team can share a building rather than a hotel corridor — and each person still has their own bedroom. For larger teams, our three Birmingham buildings are within about 20 minutes' walk of one another.
Somewhere to work
Makers Place has a co-working lounge, and The Mercian a quiet work and study room on its third floor, for the evenings that turn into paperwork. Every residence has fast Wi-Fi and a table to work at.
Getting to site
Makers Place is a five-minute walk from St Chads tram stop and 13 from Snow Hill station; The Octagon and The Mercian are within 20 minutes' walk of New Street. At The Mercian there's complimentary parking at Five Ways Car Park, subject to availability — send us your car's registration at least 48 hours before you arrive.
