Absolutely Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended! Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was fantastic, and the stunning view made our experience even more special. Gemma was extremely helpful with respnding and making each extension seamless. The apartment was comfortably furnished, kitchen and utensils were modern and clean, also the bathroom and towels.

Yes, by the week or by the month. Our serviced apartments at The Mercian are made for weekly and monthly stays, for as long as you need, booked direct at our best available rate.
What's included in a stay?
Every residence is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and the bills included. Beds are made up with crisp linen, and towels are ready for your arrival. Housekeeping services are available during your stay, and our team is on hand day and night.
Where is The Mercian?
The Mercian is at 218 Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1AY, a 5 min walk from Brindleyplace. Brindleyplace (Tram) is a 2 min walk, and Birmingham Airport 35 min by car.
Can families and groups stay together?
Yes, families are welcome. The Mercian has one- and two-bedroom residences sleeping up to 4, and one booking can hold up to 6 residences side by side in the same building, for up to 16 guests.
Are there better rates for longer stays?
Yes. Extended stays come at discounted rates, and booking direct always gets our best available rate.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in or a late check-out: just ask our team.
Is there parking?
Complimentary parking at Five Ways Car Park, subject to availability: send us your car's registration at least 48 hours before you arrive.
Can my company book a stay for staff or a project team?
Yes. For relocations, contracts and project teams we offer preferential rates for extended stays and larger groups: request a quote on our Corporate stays page and our team will come back to you.
